Since 1978 Cindy has been involved in the project management of residential and commercial building and real estate development. She personally guides each client through the process of lot selection, design and specification, and budgeting. Working in tandem with Mark Teets, Cindy is responsible for the overall construction and successful completion of each project.

With over 30 years of residential and commercial construction experience, Mark directs the production of work on projects. He inspects each job site daily and provides leadership and overall expertise for all work forces. His strong communication skills and thorough knowledge of quality construction methods have resulted in many exceptional projects and satisfied owners.

As Field Superintendent, Pat brings an additional level of highly qualified construction expertise to Carter Design Builders. His attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively with our clients as well as our subcontractors is invaluable to producing a product that reflects our dedication to quality workmanship. Pat has been with Carter Customs since its inception in 1986 and has been instrumental in creating our reputation of quality and service.

As a Project Manager/Field Superintendent with over ten years of experience, Brad provides a pivotal link between the design stage of a house and its execution. He makes sure the schedule of work runs smoothly and the budget is achieved. Brad’s commitment to each project and his close monitoring of every aspect of the job ensure a high quality home that makes Carter Design Builders and our clients proud.

As Carter Design Builders’ Office Manager and Administrative Assistant, Patti brings over 30 years of experience in these areas—including 16 years of construction-specific background. The combination of her experiences, her attention to detail, and her organizational skills is influential in keeping the office running smoothly. She has established herself with both clients and subcontractors as a valuable support for their needs.
